Course Manuals Available on Workday Community

Beginning August 7, 2026, Workday instructor-led training course manuals will be publicly available on Workday Community. This update brings trusted product documentation directly into the flow of work, providing quick answers and supporting continuous learning for our customers, partners, and the public.

You can access the course manuals on Workday Community from the Documentation site.

• Faster Information Retrieval: Access conceptual Workday training content to resolve real-time questions directly within daily workflows.
• Fueling AI Agents: Content from these manuals serves as a verified knowledge source for the Community Assistant and AI agents, delivering accurate answers faster.
• Certification Support: Review conceptual material to help prepare for Workday Pro certification and recertification exams.

• Included Material: Course manuals cover all conceptual content taught in Workday customer instructor-led training. 
• Update Frequency: Manuals are updated twice a year following each major Workday product update.

Workday Community manuals provide broad reference access, but they don't replace formal classroom training:

• Course Manuals on Community: Web-based and non-downloadable. They contain conceptual content only and don't include activity guides, interactive workshops, knowledge checks, or appendices.
• Live Instructor-Led Training: Remains the primary path for mastering Workday skills through expert-led virtual instruction, peer discussions, and hands-on practice in a live Workday training tenant. Learners enrolled in instructor-led courses will continue to receive their standard class ebook before training.
