Configure Security
Security Group: Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist
Security Group Type: Role Based (Constrained)
Assigned Reference ID: Accounts_Payable_Data_Entry_Specialist
Domain Access: View access to:
- Reports: Supplier Accounts
- Reports: Organization Supplier Invoice Reporting
Note: Extending access to this dashboard to additional security groups should be completed after the dashboard has been migrated into your tenant. We recommend adding the following:
- Accounts Payable Analyst
- Accounts Payable Operations Lead
Migrate the Configuration Catalog Package
In this step you’ll log into Customer Central and migrate the configuration into your target tenant.
- Migrate the Configuration Catalog Package: RPT Accounts Payable Manager
- Verify the contents in the package loaded and the dashboard is operational.
- If Reference IDs in the tenant were modified to complete the migration, set them back to their original value (Reference IDs should mirror those in your Production tenant).
If you experience challenges during the migration process, check the Configuration Catalog Troubleshooting page and any questions or comments others have posted below this article.
Post-Migration Modifications
The following are some common post migration updates that you might want to make to your reports. This is where you could add additional roles to the dashboard and reports. We recommend making these modifications in a Sandbox or implementation tenant to test and then migrate the updated dashboard to Production. These types of modifications will migrate with your dashboard.
- Update any filters on reports
- Update prompts on reports
- Update sharing
- Update dashboard Worklets and Menus
Move to Production
When you’re ready, use Object Transporter (OX) to migrate this content into your Production tenant.
