Inventory Reports
The RPT Inventory report package, available in the Configuration Catalog in Customer Central, includes reports designed to facilitate you in managing your supply chain operations more effectively.

The reports abide by WDSetup standards. We built all of the included reports using Workday's Report Writer, which in turn you can further detail out to meet your business requirements.
Note: Due to the interdependence between composite reports, sub reports and prompt sets, you might have to load this package 2 or 3 times in a row before it completely loads.
RPT Inventory Report Listing
Find Inventory Waves: Shows Inventory Waves that have been created in your tenant. Last Updated March 2025.
Inventory Receipt Accrual Activity Report: This report compares inventory receipt activity to linked operational journals for inventory transactions, improving reconciliation between inventory trial balance and transactions. See this page for detailed information on the setup and use cases for this report.
Inventory Count Details Listing Report: Report that displays count information including variance for each line. You can also use it as an EIB for loading inventory counts. Last Updated January 2023.
Inventory Fills Rate by Item Consolidated: Consolidated view into Inventory Fills Rate by site and timeframe. Provides drillable totals into requisitions and stock requests.
Inventory Site Item Exceptions: We now provide a quick and easy to read report that gives inventory managers a snapshot of their item site setup. This report is intended for nonconsignment based inventory item setup. Last Updated April 2022.
Item Master: A quick view detailing out Purchase Item information including Supplier, Inventory Site, and Alternate Identifiers.
Item Usage Report (Composite): Composite report that provides aggregate totals based on Inventory and Receipt data to provide usage metrics for a specified timeframe.
Mass Operations Management:
- MOM - Mass Cancel for Inventory Quick Issue
- MOM - Mass Cancel for Inventory Par Count
- MOM - Mass Cancel for Inventory Count
- MOM - Mass Cancel for Inventory Goods Delivery
On-Hand Inventory Quantity: Report that can be ran by company and inventory site. Provides the item information and quantity balances at each site or stocking location.
Open Inventory Put Away: We now provide a new report to capture all outstanding put away events that need to occur for all your Inventory Sites. Last Updated December 2023.
Par Count Open Orders: Composite report showing all related Requisition, Purchase Order, and Stock Request documents linked to a Par Count that haven't been completed or closed. Last Updated November 2021.
Par Location Estimated Value: Displays the estimated value of a Par Location at full Par and the value of the Par Location at its Average Daily Usage (ADU) values.
Purchase Items Missing Priority Supplier: Display all Purchase Items that don’t have a Priority 1 supplier or items where that supplier is inactive as Priority 1. Last Updated November 2021.
Purchase Items Without Active Supplier Item: Report that provides a listing of all Purchase Items that don’t have any Supplier Item relationships or if they do but are all inactive. Last Updated November 2021.
