Support Model and Governance Kit

The Support Model and Governance Kit is a free offering designed for customers who want to have a self-guided understanding of how to optimize roles and responsibilities. Also to establish a robust governance and operations support model, and enhance stakeholder engagement.

This kit offers a comprehensive suite of content, templates, and activities designed to assist you in effectively sizing and structuring your support teams and governance processes.

The Support Model and Governance Kit provides interactive educational content to enable you to:

• Build your support team model with roles, responsibility, and structure in mind
• Define operational processes, including your approach to intake, change control, and tenant management
• Implement a governance and stakeholder engagement model that accounts for multiple levels of decision-making, accountability, and partnership

Support leaders and team members are encouraged to take advantage of the Support Model and Governance Kit to ensure that their support and governance model aligns with leading practices. At the same time, promotes a healthy and efficient operational environment.
