Online Order Form for Purchasing Training Credits FAQ
When purchasing through the online order form, Training Coordinators must agree that they have the authority to do so on behalf of their organization, as there will be no signature page generated. There are benefits to the online order form:
- It shortens processing down to 2 business days.
- You can purchase training credits anytime.
- It provides a smart form to understand customer’s pricing per credit.
- Both Training Coordinators receive notification of the purchase.
Access to the online order form is based on your account terms. Some organizations have nonstandard contract structures and have been automatically opted out of using the online order form. To proceed with purchasing training credits, submit a training case.
Training Coordinators or Named Support Contacts (NSC) can submit a training case to purchase training credits. When submitting your training case request, make sure to provide Workday Education with the billing and signing contact information to ensure a quick turnaround. Workday creates a training order form with the billing information and sends the order form to the provided signing contact for signature. Once the form is received with your authorized signer's signature, it's sent for Workday signature. After both parties have signed the form, the training credits will be available for use. Expect up to 7 business days to fully process the order form.

Access is restricted to Training Coordinators only. If you’re an NSC and need to request training credits, submit a training case.

We recommend you wait 2 business days for this order form to be processed. If applicable, the processed credits count towards your cumulative total and can update your credit tier level. From there, you can submit another online form to purchase more training credits at the better pricing.
Training credits purchased in bulk are sold at a discounted rate. Workday considers training credit purchases made within the past 12 months when determining your bulk training credit rate. Reference the price table in the Training Credit Pricing section.
Review the price table in the Training Credit Pricing section. If you’re purchasing 100 training credits, consider purchasing 101, as it drops the price per training credit. To avoid over purchasing, Workday considers training credits purchased within the past 12 month when determining your bulk training credit rate. For any questions or help with a training plan, submit a training case.
