Interested in understanding the capabilities of Learning Trainers (Instructors and Assessors) in Workday Learning? In this recording of a live Next Level webinar, we walk you through the types of Learning Trainers in Workday Learning and explain the differences between Internal and External Instructors and Assessors. For each trainer type we go through the steps to set up, security and access to learning tasks. We also cover admin and self-service reporting capabilities for Trainers and key setup considerations.

Our target audience for this Next Level are Learning administrators, other members of your Learning team, and Workday administrators.

Set up workers and external persons as facilitators for Instructor-Led Classroom, Virtual Classroom and on the job training activities lessons in a blended course. Ensure trainers can perform core and extended functions, based on your organization’s business needs. Ensure Administrator visibility over learning trainers management and assignment to content as well as self-service reporting and analytics for trainers to help with their training delivery.
