Request Accommodations

- While creating your training case, complete all required fields with the below information:
- Sub Area: Other
- Subject: Accommodation Needed by [Date]
- Description:
- Student Name and Email
- Course or Exam Title
- Course Start Date and Time or Proctored Appointment Date and Time
- Test Center Name and Address (if taking an in-person proctored exam)
- Locator Number or Learning Content Number
- Specific accommodations needed (be as specific as possible)
2. Select Submit.
Note: To respect the privacy of the individual, don't specify the nature of the disability or medical condition that requires an accommodation. Only state the accommodations you're requesting.
