Feature Release Reviews are Workday release-focused webinars hosted by Workday Success Plans (WSP) and Workday Product Managers. With each release, discover new features as we showcase and demo exciting new functionality within the context of real-life use cases spanning more than 30 product areas.

During the first 2 weeks of each Release Preview, WSP subscribers have exclusive access to live and on-demand sessions.

To align with our strategic focus on Agentic AI and high-growth innovation, we have evolved the Feature Release Reviews to accommodate both live attendance and on-demand flexibility. During the Release Preview, WSP subscribers receive exclusive access to:

• 24 Live Sessions (February 9–20): Attend live sessions featuring Q&A with Product Managers. Recordings and exclusive content will be available after the webinars conclude.
• 14 On-Demand Sessions (Starting February 17): Get early access to pre-recorded sessions. Q&A for these sessions is managed exclusively through the Release Center. Subscribe to this page to receive a notification when the on-demand sessions arrive on February 17.

Following the live and on-demand delivery of the Feature Release Review webinars, all Workday customers (including those who have not purchased Workday Success Plans) can access the Workday 2026R1 session recordings the week of February 23, 2026.

Live and Early Access On-Demand Feature Release Review Webinars for Workday Success Plans Subscribers
We're excited to offer live and early access on-demand Feature Release Review sessions—covering a broad spectrum of Workday product offerings—to our Workday Success Plans subscribers during the first 2 weeks of each Release Preview window. Workday Success Plans subscribers receive a direct invitation to register for the live sessions, and they can start accessing on-demand sessions during the second week of the Release Preview window. 

How to Ask Questions for Early Access On-Demand Sessions
For the on-demand sessions, inquiries are routed directly to Product Managers in the Release Center. To submit a question, navigate to the applicable feature's corresponding Release Note and select the Ask A Question button.

Access to Feature Release Review Webinars for Non-WSP Subscribers
All Feature Release Review webinar recordings are available to non-WSP subscribers during the third week of each Release Preview window.

Asking Specific Product Questions
Since there is no live Q&A during the early access period for on-demand sessions, Workday Success Plans subscribers should submit their questions through the applicable Release Note in the Release Center. Post your question anytime, and a Product Manager will answer you shortly.

All customers can also post additional questions on the Workday Community in the Collaborate section under the Discuss Forum. We encourage your participation in 1 or many of our User Groups, which allow you to connect with members around the globe based on region, product, and special interest.
