The objectives of the Architect and Configure stage are to finalize the project planning documents, execute the customer confirmation sessions and unit testing, plan the end-user training, complete the test preparation, build the end-to-end tenant, execute an operational readiness assessment and complete the stage sign off.

Architect Sessions

Customer Confirmation Sessions

• Co-lead the Customer Confirmation Sessions.

Unit Testing

• Complete Unit Testing.

Integrations Build

• Build and unit test customer assigned integrations.
• Answer questions on Workday built integrations.

Reports Build

• Build and unit test customer assigned reports.
• Answer questions on Workday built reports.

End-to-End Tenant Build

• Provide requested data via a secure method.

Support Model and Governance

• Support Model and Governance Kit.

Stage Sign Off

• Complete the Stage Sign Off - A&C Stage.
