The objectives of the Configure stage are to support the completion of configuration based on specifications provided, validate worker and company data loaded in the tenant, and support the build of integrations.

Some activities in this stage depend on the products deployed. Assume that all activities in this stage are required unless otherwise noted.

Test Preparation

• Understand the testing strategy and start test planning
• Review the provided testing scenarios
• Begin collection of payroll parallel period data
• Understand worker data catch-up process

Functional Configuration

• Participate in weekly workstream meetings to finalize any outstanding configuration decisions

Integrations Build

• Participate in weekly integration status meetings 
• Attend vendor kickoff meetings
