The primary objectives of the Configure stage for a Launch Now activation are to:

• Configure based on Journeys
• Validate and correct data
• Prepare for testing

Some activities in this stage depend on the products deployed. Assume that all activities in the Configure stage are required unless otherwise noted.

Foundation Data Model (if applicable)

• Prepare for Foundation Data Model  sessions by gathering requested data
• Attend and actively participate in Foundation Data Model sessions 

Configuration Based on Journeys

• Complete configuration through the use of Deployment Journeys

Configuration Check-In Calls

• Attend Configuration Check-In Calls to ask questions and monitor progress

Security Data Review

• Participate in the Security Data Review

Data Corrections and Validation

• Validate customer data and correct as needed

Prepare for Testing

• Review provided test scenarios and create new if needed
