The primary objectives of the Deploy stage for a Launch Now activation are to:

• Complete Knowledge Transfer
• Move To Production
• Enter Catch Up Transactions
• Run First Payroll (if applicable)
• Complete Financial Close (if applicable)
• Complete Post Production Support
• Handoff to Expert Assist and the Adoption Planner (WD Primed)

Some activities in this stage depend on the products deployed. Assume that all activities in the Deploy stage are required unless otherwise noted.

Knowledge Transfer

• Attend in-scope Knowledge Transfer sessions

Tenant Compare

•  Complete the tenant compare using the Tenant Compare report in Customer Central

Go Live Authorization

• Provide approval on the go live authroization form

Move To Production

• Complete tenant migration validation 
• Validate configuration in Sandbox

Catch Up Transactions

• Enter catch-up transactions in production 

Post-Production Support

• Participate in post-production support activities
