Learn On-Demand subscription libraries contain short, topic-specific training that Workday Administrators can access for just-in-time learning. This training supplements instructor-led offerings and provides users with the knowledge they need to be self-sufficient in Workday.

Access
To access Learn On-Demand training, you must:
- Have an active Learn On-Demand library subscription,
- Have an active Workday Learning Center account, and
- Be assigned access to the library by your Training Coordinator.
Training Coordinators manage subscriptions and learner access. Detailed management instructions are available on the How-To: Manage Subscription Access page. If you're a learner and are unsure if you have access, contact your Training Coordinator.
Already have access? Learners can enroll in training from the Workday Learning Center. To view your enrolled training, visit your Learning Transcript. Some Learn On-Demand courses feature additional functionality—for information on how to complete these courses, visit the Preparing for Learn On-Demand Training page.

There are five topic-specific subscription libraries, each offering curated content tailored to various functional areas in Workday.
HCM Core
Covers fundamental Workday principles and key functional areas including Benefits, Expenses, Core HR, and Compensation.
Financials
Covers essential financial processes in Workday, including Expenses, Analytics, Reporting, and Revenue Management.
Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
Covers workforce management topics, including Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
Cross Application and Technology
Covers Workday tools and technologies used across functional areas, including Report Writer, Security, and Web Services.
Education and Government
Covers Workday solutions for education and government, including Student Recruiting, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Grants Management.
