What's Inside the Kit
The Workday Touchpoints Kit contains 3 types of content:
- Touchpoint Diagrams
- Design Heatmaps
- Organizational Details
Touchpoint Diagrams
High-level models of the tenant that define interactions within the system, and with external entities.
Design Heatmaps
Data visualizations mapped by color-scale, which explain the weight and importance of changes across design attributes.
Organizational Details
An outline of how organizations are used by different product areas, with a named primary decision owner for each context.
How to Access
There are 2 ways to gain access to the Workday Touchpoints Kit. Upon completion of either option, you're able to access the Workday Touchpoints Kit content, hosted on the Workday Community.
1. Complete the Getting Started with Workday Touchpoints Course
This self-paced training helps prepare new and existing customers make educated design and configuration decisions during initial and subsequent deployments of Workday. This training consists of a mixture of Learn On-Demand videos, expert interviews, and interactive exercises, which you can complete at your own pace. We demonstrate how to use the Workday Touchpoints Kit to identify touchpoints across the entire Workday product suite and understand the main design considerations at these touchpoints.

2. Become a Workday Pro
Workday Pro is a certification program designed for professionals to build and validate expertise in Workday.
