• Workday VNDLY: Foundations –This introductory on-demand program is designed for those new to Workday VNDLY. It covers the contingent labor industry, platform navigation, main workflows, and essential features available.
• Workday VNDLY: Configuration and Program Management – This on-demand program explores managing an extended workforce with a vendor management system (VMS). You’ll learn key concepts and terminology related to managing an extended workforce, including navigation, end-to-end process flows, foundational configuration, bulk uploads, security, basic reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Workday VNDLY: Deployment and Program Management with the Workforce Connector – This on-demand program focuses on deploying Workday HCM with Workday VNDLY using the Workforce Connector integration. While learning how Workday VNDLY addresses common VMS program requirements. It covers key touchpoints, design considerations, and configuration guidance.
• Workday VNDLY Downloadable End User Content – This course provides downloadable content for program teams and MSPs to distribute to administrators.

Note: To view the Workday VNDLY Administrator Training Kit courses in the Workday Learning Center, a Training Coordinator must first assign the individual/themselves access to the library. Learn about assigning and accessing training in the next section. 

VNDLY Administrator Training Kit isn’t automatically included with the VNDLY product subscription. To inquire about purchasing a subscription to the VNDLY Administrator Training Kit, work with your Training Coordinator to submit a training case in the Workday Community.

Training Coordinators manage the subscription and learner access from the Workday Community. Training Coordinators can find instructions on how to manage learners on the How-To: Manage Subscription Access page.

Once the Training Coordinator has assigned the learner access to the VNDLY Administrator Training Kit, the learner receives an email confirming their access. It can take up to 24 hours for a newly assigned learner to have access to Workday VNDLY courses within the Workday Learning Center. If you're a learner unsure if you have access, contact your Training Coordinator.

Find training from the Workday Learning Center:

1. From the Explore the Learning Catalog section, select Browse Learning.
2. Using the filter on the left of the page, filter the Topic by VNDLY Subscription.

From this page, you're able to see all available courses within the VNDLY Administrator Training Kit subscription library. You'll only be able to view this content if you're enrolled in the subscription library by your Training Coordinator. 

You can continue to enroll in a course from this filtered view by following these steps:

1. Select a course.
2. From the course page, select Enroll.
3. Select Done to confirm.

Once enrolled, you can view the course from the Not Started section of your Learning Transcript.
