This page answers frequently asked questions about Refresher Training. Refresher Training is a flexible, self-paced, online training that enables you to revisit a previously completed instructor-led course.

Refresher Training is a flexible, self-paced, online training that enables you to revisit a previously completed instructor-led course. Learners will receive the latest course manual and a secure training environment (training tenant) to practice interactive course activities.

Learners enrolled in Refresher Training will receive the latest version of the course manual (eBook) and 2 weeks of access to a training tenant. Refresher Training doesn’t include an instructor or training videos. If learners need extra support, they should contact their Training Coordinator or email the support.

Each Refresher Training course costs 0.5 training credits. Learn more about training payment on the How to Purchase Training page.
While there isn’t a set start or end date for the course, Refresher Training does include 2 weeks of access to a training tenant to practice course activities.
Learners can start the training tenant at any time. Once started, the training tenant is available to the learner for 2 consecutive weeks. Learners can only start the training tenant once per course enrollment.
While the training tenant has a fixed duration, the eBook is available to learners for up to 5 years, with the ability to download the course eBook for offline viewing indefinitely.
To access course content, learners must initiate the training tenant and ebook process. You can do so from the course lesson by selecting **Start Course: Launch Training Tenant & Course Manual ebook.
**This step will trigger the creation of your training tenant. Once started, the training tenant is available to the learner for 2 consecutive weeks. Learners can only start the training tenant once per course enrollment.
Within 2-4 hours, you’ll receive 2 emails. These emails include information on how to access your training tenant and course manual eBook. Your training tenant email includes information on the training tenant end date and time.
If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you don’t receive any emails after 4 hours, work with your Training Coordinator to submit a training case.
Upon receiving your tenant link, sign-in details, and eBook, use the eBook to study the latest course content and work through the activities in your training tenant.
No, training tenant access can’t be extended. For this reason, learners should plan to complete the coursework before the tenant expires. The training tenant is available for 2 weeks for all Refresher Training courses.
No, learners will receive the most recent version of the course manual at the time of enrollment. Learners won’t continue to receive updated versions of the course manual after the initial enrollment.
Refresher Training is available to all learners who have previously completed the prerequisite training.
Yes. You can work with your Training Coordinator to submit a training case requesting a historic transcript transfer. To expedite the process, be sure to provide your Training Coordinator with your previous company email address.
Yes, there’s no timing requirement to enroll in Refresher Training.
