Digital Badging and the Workday Talent Directory
We offer the ability for learners and certified professionals to earn a digital badge for select training and certification completion through Credly. Badge holders can also opt to join the Workday Talent Directory.
Participation is optional. Visibility and privacy settings are fully managed through your Credly profile.

Badges are digital image files that are uniquely linked to data hosted on Credly. This link to verified data makes them more reliable and secure than a paper-based certificate. It also eliminates the possibility of anyone claiming your credential and your associated identity.

How to Become a Workday Pro
- Enroll in the Workday Pro Certification program within the Workday Learning Center (account required).
- (Optional) Complete the recommended coursework.
- Pass the associated certification exam.
- Complete any requirements within the Workday Pro Certification program.
This free, 7-hour course is for individuals preparing for Workday training or seeking a refresher on core concepts.

- Enrolled in the Workday in Action program from the Workday Learning Center (account required).
- Complete all requirements within the program. While Workday in Action training is available in the Training Catalog, videos must be watched from the Workday Learning Center to qualify for a digital badge.
To access, you need an active Workday Learning Center account. Work with your Training Coordinator to create an account.
Learn with Workday offers publicly available training on Workday products, with which you can gain practical knowledge and prepare for a career with Workday technology.

After claiming your badge in Credly, you can opt in to the Workday Talent Directory—a verified resource that highlights certified professionals and credentialed learners across the Workday environment.
By opting in, you can display your verified knowledge, strengthen your professional brand, and be recognized as part of the broader Workday learning community.
